Toyota Japan lists the Noah and the Voxy as separate models and publishes a short question-and-answer page, in PDF form, for each, with the tyre and wheel sizes fitted at the factory. This guide covers the pages we read for the current models, starting September 2025 and April 2026. It sets out what they print, how far we can trust their layout, and what a buyer of aftermarket or second-hand wheels can and cannot take from them. The translations are ours. Our older Noah, Voxy and Isis guide is a separate article about earlier cars.
The Short Version
- One bolt pattern, one hub. Every row prints 114.3 for the PCD and 60 for the hub bore, with five holes. That gives 5×114.3 with a 60 mm hub bore.
- Two diameters. The pages show 17×6J and 16×6J alloys, both with an inset of 40. The Noah page also lists a steel 16×6J wheel.
- The 17-inch sits beside the 2WD label. As we read it, the 17-inch row is marked 2WD, and the 16-inch alloy rows are marked E-Four and S-G.
- The Noah and the Voxy match on the rows we could read. The Voxy page shows the same three rows without the steel one.
- Nut fastening. The rows say nut.
What Toyota’s Page Prints
The April 2026 pages state that they apply from that month, and the September 2025 pages from that month. A marker legend says a filled circle means standard equipment; no option rows appear. Units are given as approximate millimetres. Our reading of the Noah page starting April 2026 is below.
| Label beside the row | Tyre | Wheel | Inset (ET) | PCD | Hub bore | Holes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2WD | 205/55R17 91V | 17×6J alloy | 40 | 114.3 | 60 | 5 |
| E-Four | 205/60R16 92H | 16×6J alloy | 40 | 114.3 | 60 | 5 |
| S-G, all cars | 205/60R16 92H | 16×6J alloy | 40 | 114.3 | 60 | 5 |
| S-X, all cars | 205/60R16 92H | 16×6J steel | 40 | 114.3 | 60 | 5 |
The Voxy page starting April 2026 shows the first three rows with the same figures. A grade label S-Z appears in the header area of both pages but cannot be matched to a row. A column of 19s sits under the hole-diameter heading; we do not rely on it. The page does not print nut or bolt type beyond the word nut, tightening torque or load rating.
Source and Its Limits
The sources are Toyota Japan’s factory tyre and wheel size pages: the Noah starting April 2026 and starting September 2025, and the Voxy starting April 2026 and starting September 2025. Of the Noah page starting September 2025 we saw only the opening rows, in a search snippet, so the sizes above rest mainly on the April 2026 pages and the Voxy September 2025 page. Toyota’s index lists earlier versions that we did not read. These are manufacturer statements of what was fitted at the factory, not statements of what else will fit. We saw no sizes for cars sold before the first date, so we say nothing about them here.
What This Means When Shopping
- Bolt pattern and hub. A wheel for this car needs a 5×114.3 pattern and to clear a 60 mm hub bore. A wheel with a larger centre hole can be used with a hub ring, but we have not read any Toyota guidance on that; our reference on hub bore explains how to measure it yourself.
- Inset. Every row prints an inset of 40. A wheel with a different inset sits further in or out relative to the fender.
- Width. Both sizes are 6J. A wider wheel is a different fitment from the factory one, and the tyre would have to be chosen to match it; we have not read any Toyota guidance on that.
- Same pattern as other Toyotas. 5×114.3 appears on other Toyota bodies, for example in our Harrier guide, and our reference on which JDM cars changed bolt pattern and when shows how the pattern changed on other models. The pattern alone does not make a wheel suitable.
Importing
In the US, the 25-year import exemption (49 CFR 591.5(i)) applies to a vehicle that is 25 or more years old, counted from the date of manufacture. As arithmetic only, a car built in September 2025 would reach 25 years in September 2050. We have not verified any build month, and the dates on Toyota’s pages are the dates of the page versions, not build dates. We did not check the import rules of other countries.
What We Could Not Verify
- Which grade carries each size. Only some labels sit beside rows, and S-Z cannot be matched.
- Whether “E-Four” and “2WD” here describe the whole row or only the drivetrain, and whether any size is specific to a hybrid or petrol car.
- Whether the steel wheel is offered on the Voxy; the Voxy pages we read do not show it.
- Whether the 17-inch size is offered on grades other than the 2WD row, since the page shows it only once.
- The model’s generations, chassis codes and launch date, and the earlier versions of Toyota’s pages.
- Whether non-factory wheel sizes fit. Toyota’s pages list only factory fitments.
- Nut or bolt type, tightening torque and load rating, none of which the pages print.
- The specification of cars sold outside Japan under these names.
- Any import rules outside the US 25-year rule as stated above.
