The Short Version
- 5×114.3 on both generations.
- Y51 hub bore is 66 mm, confirmed. Y50 is marked “under investigation” on every grade we checked.
- The FM platform siblings both read 66 mm — the Skyline V36 and the Cima F50 — which makes 66 the strong expectation for the Y50 without confirming it.
- The Y50 Type S already ran 19×8.5J at +50 in 2004, which is a big factory wheel for the period.
Two Different Kinds of Answer
The bolt pattern is easy: 5×114.3 on every Fuga grade, both generations.
The hub bore splits. The Y51 (2009 onward) reads 66 mm, confirmed on the 370GT, the 370GT Type S and the hybrid. The Y50 (2004–2009) reads 調査中 — under investigation — on every grade we opened.
We are not going to fill that in. But it is worth laying out how strong the circumstantial case is, because it is unusually strong here.
The Fuga sits on Nissan’s FM platform, shared with the Skyline V36 and the Cima F50. We opened both of those and both read 66 mm. So does the Y51 Fuga itself, and so does the Z33.
Every FM-platform car we have checked is 66 mm. The Y50 almost certainly is too. It is still not published, and if you are ordering hub rings, measure.

The Offsets Are Deep
Worth noting because they constrain what you can do. The Y50 runs +47 and +50; the Y51 +43. Those are high figures for a rear-drive saloon, and they are why a standard Fuga looks tucked despite the wheel being 18 or 19 inch.
The Y50 Type S on 19×8.5J at +50 is a genuinely large factory wheel for 2004, and it means the aftermarket move is usually about offset rather than size — going from +50 to +30 on a 19×9.5J changes the car considerably more than another inch of diameter would.
The Infiniti M
North America got these cars as the Infiniti M35, M45, M37 and M56. Those badges are not in the Japanese databases, so we could not verify their figures.
The platform is shared and we would expect 5×114.3 on 66 mm. Offset is the number that varies by market, and we did not check it.
Importing
The Y50 launched in October 2004, so nothing is eligible for US import yet — the earliest cars qualify in October 2029. The Y51 is 2034 and later.
Since North America had both cars as Infinitis, this is a right-hand-drive and JDM-grade question rather than an availability one.
What We Could Not Verify
- Y50 hub bore. Explicitly marked unresearched on every grade we checked. The FM-platform siblings all read 66 mm.
- Infiniti M figures, which are not in the Japanese databases.
- Cima F50 hub bore beyond the base 300G grade we opened.
